MUBA Blockchain Hackathon 2026
MUBA Hack 2026 — “Hack the Future” — is run by the Malaysia University Blockchain Association and bills itself as Malaysia’s first large-scale, student-led hackathon focused entirely on web3. The format is an eleven-day online build followed by a physical pitch to track-nominated judges.
Teams pick sponsor-specific tracks such as stablecoins and DeFi, then build working prototypes against real APIs and SDKs. Entry is free. Sui Foundation is gold sponsor, with Thetanuts Finance and Gonka Router at silver.
Eligibility is restricted to Malaysian citizens and visa holders residing in Malaysia. The prize pool had not been disclosed at the time of writing.
