ETHOnline 2026
ETHOnline is ETHGlobal’s fully remote, asynchronous hackathon. Rather than a fixed venue and a locked weekend, teams build across a twelve-day window and submit before the deadline, which makes it one of the more accessible entry points for developers who cannot travel.
The 2026 edition carries $82,000 in prizes spread across ten sponsor tracks rather than a single overall pot, so the practical strategy is to pick one or two sponsors whose stack you already know. Several sponsors also run “Continuity” prizes for projects started at earlier ETHGlobal events, provided you can show substantive new work during this hackathon.
Projects must be submitted by Sunday 13 September 2026 at 12:00 EDT.
